If you would like to enrol at Gum Nut, please download and complete the enrolment form. Our waiting list attracts a booking of $20.00 per child. For those wishing to secure a guaranteed enrolment (please confrim availability with our office), forward it to the centre with a bond. Download our Centre's Introduction Book from this site, or contact the office to obtain a copy.
Current parents
If your child is ill and will require medication while at Gum Nut, please download and complete one of these medication forms and ensure it accompanies your child's medication to the centre. Medication cannot be administered without written consent of the parent or legal guardian.
